You can return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery

Returned goods must not show any signs of use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature and characteristics of the bought item

Buyer covered cost of the returned package

After receiving and checking the package we refund the product amount on your bank account (maximum up to 14 days), please note that we do not refund the cost of shipping.

In the e-mail, please describe exactly the problem and attach photos, also enter the date of purchase

Send the product together with the receipt and an annotation in the package with the order number or name.  you can send the parcel using szybkiezwroty.pl website (select the BeBobi store from the drop-down list). The shipment is free.

If the complaint is accepted, the courier's cost will be refunded

After receiving the package, we will check the product and analyze it.

We will inform you by e-mail about the status of the complaint and, if necessary, whether we will repair the product or replace it with a new one.

Remember that most of our products are made to order, so the lead time for replacement may be the same as for a new order, i.e. up to 5 working days.
