The processing time depends on the availability of the product you order. The actual processing time is displayed in the product description, right below its price. Please note that selecting a different size or configuration may change the processing time, as this is treated as a new product (the updated time will appear after your selection).

After placing your order, no later than the next business day, our warehouse will verify/confirm the availability of the products in your order. You will receive an email from us with the actual processing time.

If the product is in stock, we typically ship it on the same or the next business day.

For products we sew to your order, the processing time is 5-7 business days.

If you order a product with modifications that require individual preparation, such as the Kuko+ mat with a rigid floor or the Hele trunk mat, the processing time is up to 14 business days.

If you have ordered more than one product and any of them requires a longer processing time, the entire order will be fulfilled together, according to the longest processing time among the products ordered.

How do we calculate the processing time?

The processing time is calculated in business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and begins on the next business day after the order is placed. Shipping may occur on the last indicated business day or the following business day.

Please add the courier’s transport time to the processing time, which is typically one business day, though courier companies state a maximum delivery time of 48 hours (domestic transport).

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, so there’s a good chance you’ll receive your order sooner than expected!

After placing your order, we send status updates via email so you can track the progress in real time.

We recommend hand washing with a damp sponge with powder or soap

In case of larger soiling, it is possible to wash in a washing machine on a delicate 30° C program without spinning

Do not use strong detergents and concentrated disinfectants and bleaching agents

Yes, the sides of both the "Kuko +" and the "Dengu" are zippered. This means that they can be opened on both sides.

No, the size of the booster seat is chosen according to the size of the dog.

The seat has two adjustable straps thanks to which it can easily be adjusted to the seat in the car, regardless of its brand.

The booster seat is installed with an adjustable strap around the headrest and the second one, lower tape around the split sofa at the back.

You can return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery

Returned goods must not show any signs of use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature and characteristics of the bought item
