Quick reminder: Before sending us your product, please make sure it’s clean!

Step-by-Step Guide:

- Send photos of the damage to: hello@bebobi.pl

- Receive a repair quote from us via email.

- Clean the product: Wash it according to the care label instructions and remove any pet hair (products that are not cleaned will not be repaired and will be returned).

- If the damage only concerns the cover, remove (depending on the product): filling cushions, side support rods, or the rigid base.

- Pack the product carefully, excluding any filling, and include a note inside indicating what needs to be repaired.

- Ship the package to:
