To select the appropriate size of the mat, you can use the size chart available on our website. The mats are divided into four sizes: XS, S, M, and L. Here are some tips to help you match the size to your vehicle:

XS: Suitable for very small city cars, such as the Fiat 500 or MINI 3-door. If you have a compact city car, the XS size will be ideal.

S: Perfect for smaller city and compact cars, like the Ford Fiesta, Mazda 2, or Skoda Fabia. If your car is medium-sized yet still compact, we recommend size S.

M: This is the most commonly chosen size as it fits most compact cars, sedans, and crossovers, such as the Audi Q3, Mazda CX-5, or Ford Focus. It is an ideal choice for medium-sized vehicles and some smaller SUVs.

L: This size is designed for large SUVs and premium-class cars, such as the Audi Q8, BMW X7, or VW Touareg. If you have a larger SUV or a sedan, size L will be the best option.

Tip: If you're unsure between sizes M and L, we recommend measuring the distance between the rear headrests (between the soft parts, excluding the middle headrest). If this measurement is around 48-54 cm, choose size M. If it's closer to 60 cm, size L will be more suitable.

The processing time depends on the availability of the product you order. The actual processing time is displayed in the product description, right below its price. Please note that selecting a different size or configuration may change the processing time, as this is treated as a new product (the updated time will appear after your selection).

After placing your order, no later than the next business day, our warehouse will verify/confirm the availability of the products in your order. You will receive an email from us with the actual processing time.

If the product is in stock, we typically ship it on the same or the next business day.

For products we sew to order, the processing time is 5-7 business days.

If you order a product with modifications that require individual preparation, such as the Kuko+ mat with a rigid floor or the Hele trunk mat, the processing time is up to 14 business days.

If you have ordered more than one product and any of them requires a longer processing time, the entire order will be fulfilled together, according to the longest processing time among the products ordered.

How do we calculate the processing time?

The processing time is calculated in business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and begins on the next business day after the order is placed. Shipping may occur on the last indicated business day or the following business day.

Please add the courier’s transport time to the processing time, which is typically one business day, though courier companies state a maximum delivery time of 48 hours.

Yes, you can return or exchange the product within 14 days of delivery. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for new products that have not been used. Custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange.
