If you're here, it means you want to get to know the people and the idea behind the BeBobi brand better.

I founded the BeBobi brand in 2017 after Bobi joined our home. We were the first to introduce colorful and bold car mats to the market, breaking through the ubiquitous black in this sector. At first, there was uncertainty whether my vision of colorful headrests would catch on, but it quickly turned out that such a change was needed and you loved our designs as much as I did! The name could not have been different! Only from Bobi. "Be Bobi" means to be like Bobi in a new, colorful, and happy life!

In 2019, Mela joined our family. She was adopted by us as a two-year-old skinny girl and quickly proved to be an excellent tester and model :)

The Story of BeBobi

In October 2015, encouraged by friends, we went for a walk to the shelter in Gaj to take out the dogs living there.

We loved that the shelter was very open and encouraged people to get to know the dog residents. But honestly, I was very afraid of that visit because as an empathetic person to dog stories, I thought I simply wouldn't be able to handle it emotionally... but I did!

And in the first cage, right after entering, we met Bobi! That was his name at the shelter; he had been living there for a year, was 10 years old then, and had slim chances of adoption as a senior.

Despite a difficult history behind him, he was so happy to see people! And we fell head over heels :) By November, he was already living with us! :) Bobi was 10 years old, and I had 10 years of corporate work behind me, and that's how it was supposed to continue. A good job, good pay, stable – what more could you want? Exactly?! :)

Whenever we had a free moment, we'd pack up the car and drive out of town with Bobi. It's amazing that despite his age and probably not traveling much before, he loved car rides – meaning he'd sleep stretched out on the back seat the whole way.

We bought a car mat, but all the ones we saw were ordinary, dull, thin, and black, and suddenly, the idea for our own functional style emerged! So we drove around like that, until finally, in the car, I said I was leaving my job and would work for myself, creating colorful dog designs 😉

And so it happened! On June 30, 2017, I resigned and started taking action. I knew what to name the company; there was no doubt about that :)

BeBobi - to be like Bobi in a new life! Wagging your tail with your whole bottom, playing even by yourself, growling until your throat scratches, and sleeping upside down until 10:00 AM because peeing can wait, right? Just be happy despite everything!

That's how unique, functional, waterproof, mess-proof, and colorful car mats were created. And new ones are constantly being made! Different sizes, different models, different patterns, and colors. And it won't stop at one product, we already know that!
