Returns and Complaints
You can return the product within 14 days from the delivery date.
Only new, unused products are eligible for return.
Products custom-made to individual order (including added modifications) are not eligible for return or exchange.
First, please contact us by email with information about the return: hello@bebobi.pl
In the email, please provide:
1. Order number
2. Your bank account number
3. Reason for return - this is very important to us as we always strive to improve

The cost of the courier for the returned package is borne by the buyer.
After receiving and checking the package, the purchase amount for the product will be refunded to your bank account (within a maximum of 14 days). Please note that the shipping cost is non-refundable.

We will inform you in our reply about any potential settlements (additional payment or refund of the difference for the exchanged product).

Remember that most of our products are made to order, so the waiting time for an exchange can be the same as for a new order, i.e., up to 5 business days.
If you need it sooner, let us know in your first email, and we will try to prepare the product for you faster.

We put our hearts into preparing our products, but sometimes mistakes can happen :(
We offer a 2-year warranty on our products from the date of purchase.
If you wish to make a complaint about a product, please first contact us by email: hello@bebobi.pl
In the email, please describe exactly what you wish to complain about, include the purchase date, and attach photos showing any damage.
Send the product along with the receipt and a note in the package with the order number or your name using the website szybkiezwroty.pl (select BeBobi store from the drop-down list). Shipping is free.
If you decide to send the package with another company, address it to:

If the complaint is accepted, the courier cost will be refunded to you.
Upon receiving the package, we will inspect the product and analyze the damage/defect.
We will inform you by email about the status of the complaint, and if it is accepted by us, also whether we will repair the product or replace it with a new one.
