The side of the mat on the side without the car seat can be lifted by attaching it to the headrest using sewn-in elastic bands. This way, the mat occupies 2/3 of the back seat, creating a comfortable basket for the dog in the middle, and the passenger can travel without sitting on a dirty mat.

To choose the right mat size, you can use the size chart available on our website. Mats are divided into four sizes: XS, S, M, and L.

Here are some tips on how to match the size to your car:

• XS: For very small city cars, such as Fiat 500, MINI 3-door. If you have a small city car, size XS will be suitable.

• S: Ideal for smaller city and compact cars, such as Ford Fiesta, Mazda 2, or Skoda Fabia. If your car is medium-sized but still compact, we suggest size S.

• M: This size is the most frequently chosen because it fits most compact cars, sedans, and crossovers, such as Audi Q3, Mazda CX-5, or Ford Focus. It is an ideal choice for medium-sized cars and some smaller SUVs.

• L: This size fits large SUVs and premium class cars, such as Audi Q8, BMW X7, or VW Touareg. If you have a larger SUV or limousine, size L will be the best.

Tip: If you are wondering between sizes M and L, we recommend measuring the distance between the rear headrests (between the soft parts, excluding the middle headrest). If this dimension is approximately 48-54 cm, choose size M. If it is closer to 60 cm, size L will be more appropriate.

Processing time depends on the availability of the ordered product. The actual processing time is displayed in the product description, right below its price. Please remember that by choosing a different size or configuration, the processing time may change, as we treat this as a new product (a new time will be displayed after selection).

- After placing an order, our warehouse will verify/confirm the availability of products in your order no later than the next business day. You will receive an email from us with information about the actual processing time.

- If the product is in stock, we usually ship it on the same or next business day.

- For products that we sew to your order, the processing time is 5-7 business days.

- If you order a product with modifications that require individual preparation, e.g., a Kuko+ mat with a rigid floor or a Hele trunk, the processing time is up to 14 business days.

- If you ordered more than one product, and any of them require a longer processing time, the entire order will be processed together, according to the longest processing time among the ordered products.

How do we calculate processing time?

Processing time is calculated in business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and starts from the next business day after the order is placed. Shipping may occur on the last day of the indicated processing time or the next business day.

The courier delivery time, which is usually one business day, should be added to the processing time, although courier companies state a maximum delivery time of up to 48 hours.

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, so there's a good chance you'll receive your order sooner than you expect!

After placing an order, we send status updates by email so you can track the progress.

Yes, we offer the option to personalize the mat! You can add selected modifications, which are listed on our website ( link to modifications ). Simply add the chosen option to your cart, and in the order notes, enter any additional information if required (e.g., dimensions or other details).

Yes, you can return or exchange the product within 14 days from the delivery date.

Only new, unused products are eligible for return/exchange.

Products sewn to individual order are not subject to return or exchange.

Yes, we offer the option to repair damaged products. Please send us photos of the damaged elements (hello@bebobi.pl), and based on them, we will prepare a repair quote. Please send only clean products, without pet hair - otherwise, products will not be accepted for repair :(
